About Esther
Esther works as an independent consultant within the field of environmental economics. She uses her background in economics and business to support organisations in understanding the relationship between the economy and natural capital. She also has over 20 years of professional experience working in service industries (food, technology, health). She has a passion for the natural environment, and has an appreciation of the dynamics of farming through involvement in daily life of her neighbour's mixed farm. Esther combineds an MBA from London Business School with an FdSc(with distinction) in Conservation and Countryside Management from Plymouth University.

Esther is a Board Member of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Nature Partnership (LNP), which represents all environmental organisations in Cornwall. The LNP works together with Cornwall's Local Enterprise Partnerership (LEP) and Health & Wellbeing Board, promoting 'environmental growth' to go hand in hand with economic growth.
